Emily's Softball
Emily has been quite the slugger this season! She's been playing for Powell Paints, playing 2nd and left field. Go, Em!
Greg's Baseball
Greg has been enjoying a summer of baseball, playing on the "Cincinatti Reds". He usually plays 2nd, 3rd, right field or left field.

Summer 2006
Yippee! Summer is finally here! I'm already enjoying summer break, while Jim finished up his duties as a guidance counselor (he has extended days as part of his contract). We have a lot going on this summer. Emily and Greg are playing softball and baseball; Jim is coaching a JV team for Olentangy High School; and I'm doing some tutoring. Don't worry, we have some fun scheduled too. Vacations, vacations, vacations!
This week we'll head to Maryland for RJ & Leslie's wedding. It's a great coincidence that their wedding is going to take place in Lexington Park, as a good ol' middle school/high school, lifetime friend Susan Hallas Kopicko lives there as well. We're hoping our schedules will mesh that we can spend some time with Susan and Scott as well as the rehearsal and wedding. Unfortunately, we don't make it to Maryland as often as we'd like.
We'll also be heading to Missouri in July to spend some time with Jim's family, and Orlando in July as well. My parents will already be in FL when we get there, but we'll still get to spend a week with them...and Mickey Mouse!
Other than that, we'll be keeping busy with Bick's chess camp, volleyball and cheerleading for me and the kids' usual activities. It should be a good two months before school starts up again.
