A Little "Summer Fun"

Well, we've spent a majority of the summer just enjoying ourselves
and spending time with family and friends.
Jacob, Mom, and Dad enjoyed a visit from Amanda one evening.
Jacob enjoyed cuddling with Amanda and said she can come over for dinner any time!

Of course, we also have had to make sure that Jacob gets to wear all the new clothes friends and family have bought him, so sometimes that even means taking one for the team and posing in your PJ's and night cap.

Then again, when you're this cute, who cares?!?!

Tummy time has also been a daily ritual this summer...Jacob is doing a great job holding his head up and even pushing up off the ground. Occasionally, he even rolls over...not too shabby for a 3 month old.

We also spent one Sunday afternoon at COSI, enjoying the new CSI exhibit. Greg also enjoyed being a TV broadcaster...he's just very serious for his first day on camera.

Jacob and Mom enjoyed the nice weather outside while Greg and Dad rode that spin-a-majiggy thing.

Mom and Jacob were also fortunate to get to have lunch one afternoon with Mommy's "girls". i.e. former students who all graduated this year and are going off to college! Can you believe it? It's amazing how much the girls have changed in 6 years. What hasn't changed is that they're still wonderful, caring, loving, intelligent, amazing young women. Mom hopes the girls keep her updated on their college adventures. We're sure they'll all do amazing things in the near future. Best of luck, Christine, Corinne, and Jenna!

Christine poses with her favorite, little man!
Corinne is all smiles with Jacob!
We even managed to get some pool time in this summer. Jacob poses in his new swim trunks! Hang loose!
"Okay, Mom, enough pictures...where's this pool you keep talking about?!"
Mom and Jacob pose for his first time swimming.
Our dear friend Elaine snuggles with Jacob too.
So serious....look at those eyes.
Greg enjoys the pool, too. I think he spent 8 hours in there...no joke!

We now prononce them...MARRIED!

The flowers were there and the bridal party was all dolled up....
the sun was out and the limo was on time...
everything was in place for a perfect day and a very memorable occasion!

Below, best man Jeff stops by the bride's parents' house before the wedding to pick up the rings. Jeff always has time for his little sister...yep, they dress up a-okay.

Jaime poses for a pic. outside her parents' house...isn't she portrait pretty!
On the way to the church, some of the bridesmaids and the flower girl pose for a pic. in the limo.
Whew! Doesn't the bride look quite calm?
I guess that rehearsal sure paid off and got all the nervousness out of her system...

After the wedding, the bridal party toasts the happy couple!
Aren't they a cute pair?!?!

Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Joshua Cybak!!!

The bride and groom pose with "G.G." (i.e. Great Grandma Pat)
Mom and Dad share a dance...I think he's even singing to her. How sweet!

Ron and his little girl Amanda
Katelyn and her boyfriend pose for a photo, too.
Aunt Jonelle and Uncle Rich
Jeff and Carrie are all smiles as well.
Even Greg and Emily are feeling the love...a little sibling dance. Too sweet.

Congratulations, Josh and Jaime! We're so happy for the two of you.
We hope you always feel as much love for each other as you did on this day.
May this just be the beginning of a lifetime of love and happiness.
Welcome to the family, Jaime!

A little practice before the "Main Event"!

Well, Friday morning Jaime treated all the "girls" to pedis. This bride was so relaxed she even had time to make sandwiches! Thanks for a great time, Jaime!

Jaime goes over her to do list... Julie and Jennifer enjoy a little pampering, as does Steph and the mother of the groom, Jamie.

At the rehearsal, everyone greets each other and waits for their cue.

Josh gets a little crazy with those Kaui nuts....easy does it, big guy.
Brothers and brother-in-law are all smiles for the big day....Jeff, Jim, and Josh.

Jaime gives everyone their place in line, and then she takes a brief second to pose for a pic. with her father Bill.

Josh, poses with his parents as well....aren't they a cute couple?!?!?

Josh, and his brother and best man Jeff listen for their directions...I guess he has a serious side, too.

The bride and groom "to be" take a practice walk down the aisle while Jamie and Allan look on....

The "honorary" ring bearer catches some zzzz's in his carrier; maybe he'll wake up for the rehearsal dinner.

Jeff and Carrie are all smiles, as are Uncle Rich and Aunt Jonelle.

Greg and Adam...too cute, well, cute and a bit scary there, Greg.
And, of course, all the pretty ladies were there as well: Emily, Aunt Jeanne, and Rachel.

Nathan takes a look at the camera...isn't he supposed to be taking pictures?
Uncle Josh poses for a pic. with his favorite nephew Jacob!

Leave it to Jeff to always have the table in stitches!!!

Emily snuggles with her baby brother.
